Thorp Leadership Consulting offers coaching for meaningful growth and elevated impact. Each coaching program is designed to meet the unique needs of the individual and organization. Regardless of the program we create, there are typically four key elements of the work. Discovery, Goal Setting, Coaching, and Review.
Discovery
Getting to know the client through an in depth intake session is where we start. In addition, I utilize valid, reliable assessments to understand strengths, development opportunities, and motivations.
The collection of 360 feedback complements the intake session and assessment data. Confidential interviews are held with key stakeholders to understand the coaching clients: successes, opportunities, leadership style, performance objectives, and desired outcomes from the program.
After the data is collected for the assessment and 360 interviews, themed reports are created. The reporting is shared with the coaching client and next level leader.
Goal Setting
Together, we create a leadership coaching plan. The coaching plan sets clear, measurable objectives, specific commitments, and timelines. Once the plan is drafted, it is reviewed with next level leadership to create alignment and support.
Coaching
For the duration of the program, we meet one to two times monthly. The focus of the sessions is to guide the leader toward their goals, create accountability, foster change, problem solve, celebrate wins, and meet commitments.
Review
At the close of the program we create concrete plans to continue the work. We align these plans with next level leadership to ensure the investment each party has made in coaching continues well past our final session.

Our leadership development programs are designed to help teams maximize strengths, navigate opportunities, develop skills, and create meaningful change.
We work with all levels of people leaders from front-line managers to senior executives. We start by listening. Once we understand the business, culture, and development objectives we create recommendations to meet your unique needs.
Each of our programs include program design (cadence, topics), customized content, session delivery, regular stakeholder check ins, and end of program participant surveys.
Whenever possible, we facilitate sessions in person. As the world has changed, we have leveraged video technology. Regardless of the medium, all of our programs create a high level of participant interaction with time for independent thinking and group discussion.

In addition to our program offerings, we consult with HR teams. Additional services include content consultation and facilitator coaching.
